An honor in Mankato: keynoting the Celebration of Ag.

Last week, the region's agricultural community filled the stands at ISG Field for GreenSeam's Celebration of Ag, and Verdánt Organics was honored to take the field as this year's keynote speaker.

For our CEO, Mike Borman, the evening was a chance to do something he genuinely enjoys: telling the Verdánt story to the Mankato community. From the problem of food waste in professional kitchens to the precision indoor facility Verdánt is bringing to Minnesota, Mike shared what we're building and why we're building it.

Entries came in all evening for our Andrew Zimmern giveaway — a private dinner for eight, prepared by Andrew himself. The winner was drawn the following morning and could not have been more excited.
